As president of Global Ministries University and as a human being caring about our nation and our global community I am compelled to speak out against the overt and covert racism that sadly still plagues our nation. The killings of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, and far too many others call into hideously sharp focus the sustained and systemic injustice perpetrated on Black people. We must all stand together in solidarity with our Black sisters and brothers, say their names and affirm the value and dignity of Black lives. Black Lives Matter!
