President Grudzen’s Review of GMU’s Achievements in 2021 and Plans for 2022

As Christians prepare to celebrate the feast of Christmas and a New Year, it is time to reflect on the past year and the accomplishments of Global Ministries University in 2021. Much of our effort for the first part of the year was focused on the international, interfaith conference on the encyclical of Pope Francis, Fratelli Tutti. GMU cosponsored this conference from August 19 to August 21 with the Tangaza University Institute for Interreligious Dialogue and Islamic Studies in Nairobi, Kenya, and the Muslim affiliated Yogyakarta State University in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. GMU will be publishing a book on this conference early in 2022 in collaboration with Tangaza University. Over 3,000 participants from 19 different countries took part in the conference.
